Fun lake house with the PERFECT LOCATION on Canyon Lake! Enjoy the multilevel deck complete with hot tub, fire pit, tiki bar, Weber grill, cocktail pool, amazing views and plenty of seating! There is also access to the water at the ramp next door to the house! Please note: The lake is low right now due to lack of rain. This 3.5 bedroom space is set up for comfort and fun! There is a hot tub, tiki bar, margarita maker, foosball table, super nintendo classic edition, lots of board games, TVs in most rooms! The living room and kitchen are in one large open space, perfect for large social gatherings.

 

Entire property except for garage.... there is space for 4+ vehicles in the driveways.

 

We are big travelers ourselves and want to make sure we do our job as hosts to ensure you have an unforgettable vacation! We are available anytime for help with recommendations, questions about the property or anything else!

 

Great neighborhood that sits in between Starzville and Sattler. Minutes away from grocery stores, restaurants and coffee shops in each town.

Every trip we plan to cook at the house and there is never what we need as far as pots / pans / etc. Kyle’s place had everything from blenders 2 crock pots! They also had seasonings / left overs from previous guest that were still good to use and unopened - which I LOVE! People haven’t done that since covid and it’s such a great resource! Location was perfect - close to the bars and river! Also, had a Great Lake view with a cute little pool and hot tub. We loved the porch! 1 of the best air bnb’s I’ve ever stayed in! Dryer was handy as well for our wet clothes! Loved the game selection as well! Actually left 1 behind in donation!

It was a very nice house with a very nice view. It had a lot of room and some cool features to come with it. It is at a super convenient location right on Lake Canyon, and really close to the Guadeloupe River where we went tubing. The owner was very friendly, understanding, and helpful. On top of that, it all came with the best price for an Airbnb like this that I’ve ever seen, and everyone who went had a great time. Overall, 10/10.

We went for a family trip to celebrate our mothers 60th birthday, the photos do not do it justice. My family loved and I loved the home. It was easy to find with Google maps and close to the lake, we do recommend going through dock ramp otherwise the walk is very difficult for the really young ones and the older ones. There are lots of deer throughout the neighborhood so drive cautiously but other than that the home was better than we anticipated everyone had a great time We played boardgames and did puzzles during our down time We were worried about sleeping accommodations but there were more beds then we even needed haha we had no problems at all with the home only thing there was is the stove top has no dial details on them so we had to figure out the layout and heating elements but I brought it to kyles attention and he stated that it would be looked into it, the home had cookware and coffee pots, waffle maker, toaster and toaster oven, margarita machine and crockpot.

This was such a peaceful place. A couple of notes: the cleaners could do better. One comfortable has an odd stain on it. Dirty laundry was left in the washer. A few dishes had dried food on them. Also, Im pretty sure the games and puzzles were all missing several pieces and we love to play family games. Our family was pretty let down at the lake level with no water in front of the house as advertised. We made do with it and walked to the boat ramp next door. My kida loved feeding the deer and playing foosball and swimming. Overall we had a really great time.

NO WATER. NOT WATERFRONT. We as family choose this location for the water front ease with boat ramp next door (bought a boat with us)& easy activities for kids. Once we got over that, the house does have a hot tub, cocktail pool, games, fire ring & great outdoor area. Plenty of room. We ajusted and had a great time. Went to river a couple days, next boat ramp was about 20 min away. Boat ramp #2closed in August 2023 due to water levels. There is no water out back as discribed. The trek down to the water by way of back yard is do-able, but steep and rocky. The trek to water by boat ramp next door is about 5 min also slightly steep but a less rocky walk. The water is full of trees and hidden tree stumps. We asked for extra blankets they were dirty, found past guest shoes under bed. Kyle, was a great host he was responsive, he can not control water levels. He even came to fix 2x to resolve an issue for us. Pray for rain.

We rented the place for Seniors Weekend. The house is awesome, great space, fully equipped. The lake is currently very low so there is no water at the end of the yard. Kyle set up a pool above ground. The boys were able to enjoy the lake both days. They found a spot 5 minute walk with a beach access to the lake. They were able to kayak and fish. This house is a great spot to relax, chill and enjoy the lake.

The primary bedroom space on the main floor just off the spacious living/dining/kitchen area was strikingly large as was its ensuite two-sink bathroom with shower and tub. TV screens were upstairs and downstairs and downstairs hosted a foosball table. The comfortable outside deck and backyard seating area with hot tub and fire pit, overlooking the lake, were very inviting. The kitchen was very well-stocked--we didn't lack for anything. As we visited during the Christmas/New Years Day break, we didn't have the benefit of summertime greenery and the view of the lake shoreline immediately nearby was impacted by low water levels.

Probably nice for.large groups who need lots of beds. Outdated furniture and creaky beds in the kids/BH unlocked bed room. My.kids weren't bothered by it. . Lots of clutter behind outside bar which hopefully owner can clean up to make.presentation a little nicer. . Hot tub was nice. Kayaks had no plugs and filled with water, so bring your own water toys. Overall we didn't love it but it serves as a nice homebase. Cooking wasn't easy since the pans and Pots were all scratched. I have a thing about scratched Teflon but maybe it wouldn't bother others. It is a nice affordable option for a large group. Kids loved the foosball and the upstairs was comfortable to.hang out. Lake is very low so it's not visible from the property. Boat ramp nearby was nice to swim and kayak from. Overall we had a nice stay. Kyle was very responsive and helpful. A little dated but we are probably.more picky than most. I recommend highly for large groups.

The three outside decks and the two floors of rooms gave us plenty of space to play, talk, and cook. Our family had a great time at Kyle's place. There was plenty of room for our three small families. We bought two bags of deer feed and fed the deers every evening. It was a fun experience for the kiddos. We hung out at the closed boat ramp, very nice cove area. We misplaced the keys to one of our vehicles, and Kyle was very accommodating. He was very understanding that we had to wait for a locksmith at checkout time. He's a great host and will definitely stay again.

The best thing is it is right around the corner from a boat ramp that is no longer usable due to the low water level. However, it is very usable for a swimming spot! This is our second time at this lake house and as much as we love the house (the property is beautiful and has everything you need). The main reason we went back this year was for the lake, this second time we were so unhappy with the water, it was extremely low it almost looked like an abandoned place nothing like last year. We understand that this is out of the host's hands but we would have appreciated a heads-up or that there was at least some sort of disclaimer on the website about this, because the lake view took us all by surprise. I know we didn't ask anything before booking, but since we’ve been there before and we didn't know this was a problem at this location we didn’t ask. You might want to ask the host before booking how the water level is in the lake so you don't get disappointed.

This house sits on a great spot on the lake. We woke up to beautiful sunrises and amazing sunsets. Enough space for the 10 of us that stayed. Everything you would need is here. Lots of deer everywhere just hangin out, that was a bonus.

This was such a great stay for a large group. Every year we find a place that is centrally located for friends to drive in either for the day or night and Kyle’s place hit the mark. Centrally located to drive in from San Antonio or Austin it was the perfect place to meet. The kitchen is well stocked with all of the pots and pans you need. Great space to host a large dinner with a big table and additional seating at the kitchen counter. The floor plan is set up perfect for a group with bedrooms downstairs and easy access outside. The back patio is a great space to hang out with a hot tub and large deck. Check in and check out is a breeze. We would definitely come back!! Thank you for a wonderful stay!!

This place was everything that it says it is and we had a wonderful time. There was a large group of us and so it was great that we all have different levels that we could get together and visit in and play games. The Cove outback is wonderful. We spent time in it every day. Would definitely come back!

Perfect location!! We enjoyed a girls trip with plenty of room for all 8 of us! Kyle had suggestions for things to do, places to eat, etc. The suggestions were very helpful and we enjoyed it all. There was easy access to the lake and Kyle provided plenty of floats for us. We would definitely recommend this house!

The house is beautiful with plenty of space and very comfortable. There are a lot of stairs so please be mindful of that when booking. The lake access is a little steep but these were small things to complain about in the grand scheme. We had a fantastic time! ❤️

Amazing location. Home was set up perfectly with everything you would want and need for a Great Lake stay. It was really nice to be able to walk down to the lake from the backyard. Great swimming hole. Also, the public ramp is next door. Spacious and relaxing and the outdoor space is great for some new family memories. Next time we are at the lake we know where to go.

This place is Amazing! Just as described! We’ve never rented a vacation venue that was this well equipped. You literally do not need to bring anything but yourself and clothes! The beds are very comfortable and the home is very spacious for multiple guest to enjoy! If you are considering this place as your next vacation spot, you will not be disappointed!

Great option for close family (not a lot of privacy) or friends. Very comfortable and clean. Short walk to swimming cove. It was a bit steep, so we left our chairs, floats, etc. down by lake. Deer visit regularly and eat right out of your hands. Lake is clean and not too crowded.

This was such an awesome stay! The host was very available and accommodating. The house was perfectly located in a private cove on the lake, near a boat ramp and dock. It was so peaceful out there with a perfect view from the hot tub! The couch was so comfy and big enough to fit my group of 7 and we still had room for more. We loved the upper and lower AC units; the house was able to get sufficiently cold, which was a huge plus! We had such a great time and we can’t wait to come back!

Kyle is truely a super host !!!!! The house and location is amazing !!!! If you plan on gettin in the lake just know it’s a steep…ran into a few hiccups but nothing that’s not fixable. Definitely recommend this place!!!!!

This listing is accurate, and the property has plenty of space for a large group, and special touches like the hot tub, the fire pit, covered patio, comfy beds, and the conveniences of a full kitchen with stocked utensils and cookware, comfy beds, plenty of towels, blankets, sheets, etc…Kyle was communicative and made sure we had a great stay. I dont even know where to begin! We had the most amazing time here! And we absolutely loved the fact that our dogs were able to join in on the fun! The multi level deck is gorgeous and gives us the most beautiful view of the lake and sunset! We enjoyed the hot tub and in the evening relaxed around a bonfire and made smores. The kayaks were also fun and a nice amenity to have. We felt right at home with all the other amenities provided! Lots of towels , pillows , cooking utensils , soap , shampoo, everything we needed was there ! This is definitely the perfect place to stay if you are planning a multi family getaway!
