Absolutely. As parents ourselves, we’ve designed our homes to work just as well for family trips and reunions as they do for groups of friends. Can we celebrate at the house?
Definitely—celebrations are a big part of what Big Fun Stays is about. We regularly host bachelor and bachelorette trips, birthdays, family reunions, and other group getaways. We just ask that guests respect our homes, neighbors, occupancy limits, and quiet hours. Large events or parties with people who aren't registered guests are not permitted.
Where are your vacation rentals located?
Big Fun Stays has three properties across two Texas destinations. Two are in Austin, TX — The ATX Oasis is in the Tarrytown neighborhood, minutes from downtown, Rainey Street, SoCo, and 6th Street. Double Down ATX is in Riverside/East Austin, minutes from Rainey Street, 6th street, the Eastside and Downtown. The third is at Canyon Lake, TX, about an hour southwest of Austin — right on the water with a cove in the back and next to a public boat ramp. All three properties sleep 14–16 guests.
