Riverside is a great Austin neighborhood southeast of downtown and just south of lady bird lake. Easy access to all the best parts of Austin!

 

Plenty of parking at the property.

 

Easiest way to get around Lyft, Uber, or Fasten. Rainey Street, downtown, East Austin and SoCo are all about a 5 minute ride away ($5-$8 typically).

I also really appreciate the willingness of Kyle to take a bachelorette and his check out is a breeze no excessive cleaning before you leave! The back (main) house is updated and the front bungalow is an older building but has new furnishings so you barely tell. it was raining most of our trip so we didn't get to use the outdoor amenities but they looked great!

We had enough amenities to keep everyone busy, and enough beds to sleep comfortably. The outdoor tables, fire pit and pool were great features. The ride to the center of town was easy, and the check in and check out instructions were a breeze. I’d recommend this for other bachelor and bachelorettes, but maybe for 13 people.

We had a group of 16 people for a bachelor party, and this was a perfect property for hosting a group this size! Plenty of beds, large gathering places, a fun and big backyard. We hired a hibachi chef and had the dinner in the backyard, which the space and patio furniture provided the best space. The location is perfect for Austin; 15 min from the airport, 5 from downtown, 5 from local groceries and bars. The hosts were very proactive in communicating and making the best of this experience. I would definitely be booking again next time I'm town.

Kyle was amazing! He accommodated our early check in on Thanksgiving Day + accommodated our late check out and was super nice all the way around! The place was clean and in order - there were plenty of beds for all of our guests and the backyard hosted a lot of laughter! The small pool was heated which was perfect at the end of November and the fire pit was propane and easy to handle! We stayed here for the A&M vs TU game and even though the game didn’t go our way…this place was great to host it all. Thank you Kyle! We would stay again!

Perfect spot for my bachelorette! The kitchen and living room were super spacious, and the fridge even had some leftover goodies from the last guest. There were plenty of towels, and there was extra bedding and pillows available. Having washer and dryers in both houses was helpful after we got our clothes wet from kayaking. The location of this house cannot be beat! Only 10min from airport, and ~10min away from downtown, Rainey Street, South Congress, and South Lamar. Kyle was also super responsive and was flexible with our check in / check out times.

The two houses were perfect for our family. My wife and I and my mother stayed in the bungalow. My daughter, husband and two kids (2, 4) stayed upstairs in the back house and my two nieces stayed on the main floor in the back house. The back house dining area was perfect for our Thanksgiving dinner. The back house living room area was great for TV watching, games and puzzles. Kyle was very responsive to a minor issue with the heat. Sadly, it was a bit chilly in Austin when we visited, which was not necessarily normal for this time of year. And, of course, it's back up to the 70's after we leave! This is a great location for a family or large group. It was a very short ride to downtown and other areas around Austin. Thanks, Kyle!

Stayed here with my family while attending my daughters wedding. Kyle Was so helpful and gracious with last minute requests and his home was a perfect fit for our large family. Super clean and lots of amenities. Amazing host very responsive and flexible! Will definitely be back in our next visit.

Everything about this stay was convenient. Whether we wanted to go into town and grab a drink, or head out to Lake Austin or Barton Springs, our Uber/Lyft was always quick and affordable. The place was also spacious enough to handle a large group.

This place is perfect for groups of people. The location is central to pretty much everything, about 10 minutes away from the best spots to visit in Austin. The rooms were great and the home had everything you needed for a seamless stay. Kyle was communicative and very accommodating which made the stay even better. This property was an awesome spot for our bachelor party hosting 11 guys and offered solid value for the price. Kyle is an excellent host and extremely responsive. We needed some batteries replaced for the house and he ordered them from Amazon for us within the hour. Having two separate houses meant there was an opportunity for people to get downtime away from the group as needed. The property also had all the extras we wanted including cornhole, a bbq and a foldable table for drinking games outside. The location is convenient and Kyle provided plenty of recommendations for things to do in the area. Overall great time!
