Check-in couldn't be easier — it's fully self-service. You'll get a unique door code before arrival, so your whole group can roll in on your own schedule with no meetups, keys, or lockboxes to deal with. You'll have both homes entirely to yourselves for the stay: every bedroom, all the living spaces, the backyard fun zone, and driveway parking for multiple cars. Come and go as you please — and if anything comes up while you're here, I'm only a message away.

You're not booking with a big, faceless management company here — you're booking with me, a local owner who lives in and genuinely loves Austin. 🤠 I know this city inside and out, and I know exactly what turns a group's weekend from good into one they'll talk about for years. Expect quick replies and real recommendations — the right bar for your crew, where to get the best tacos, the patio the tourists never find. I'll give you plenty of room to do your own thing, but I'm always just a message away if you need anything at all. Riverside is a great Austin neighborhood southeast of downtown and just south of lady bird lake. Easy access to all the best parts of Austin!

Easiest way to get around Lyft, Uber, or Fasten. Rainey Street, downtown, East Austin and SoCo are all about a 5 minute ride away ($5-$8 typically).
