Texas Sized Fun for Families and Friends

Host is super nice and home has had decent improvements made but is definitely in need of maintenance and a new house cleaning service. Great deal for larger groups.

Great Airbnb with awesome amenities for families with kids between 4-12. The pool and hot tub were great and tons of room for fun. Bathrooms were great as well. Coffee and ice cream shop 4 mins walking away. Taco shop too.

Kyle was very helpful and responsive throughout our entire stay. The place was very clean when we arrived. However, the building itself is in need of some serious maintenance. Many things were either damaged or outright broken. We made do, but for this price and location, I would expect more from the upkeep.

Kyle was amazing! He accommodated our early check in on Thanksgiving Day + accommodated our late check out and was super nice all the way around! The place was clean and in order - there were plenty of beds for all of our guests and the backyard hosted a lot of laughter! The small pool was heated which was perfect at the end of November and the fire pit was propane and easy to handle! We stayed here for the A&M vs TU game and even though the game didn’t go our way…this place was great to host it all. Thank you Kyle! We would stay again!

We had a great time at this Airbnb. The location is excellent and very close to major attractions in Austin. It only took a few minutes to get to Lady Bird Lake for hiking, and Sixth Street is just a little farther away. The backyard is beautiful, but it does back up to a busy road and a railroad track. This can be a little distracting at first, but it wasn’t terrible and we got used to it. Parking is on a steep slope, so you need to be very careful when backing out of the driveway. The first floor includes the living area, dining area, and kitchen. The kitchen is well stocked, and everything worked properly. Even with a large group going in and out, the space was easy to keep clean. The first floor opens onto the backyard, which provides a lot of space. The pool and hot tub are nice and heat up quickly. There is also a working grill, an outdoor kitchen with bar stools, and a ping pong table. On the second floor, there are two generously sized bedrooms. The third floor has one large

This Airbnb had all the amenities as described. Very close to downtown Austin without being in the center of the city. House was clean and Kyle was very responsive. Would recommend to anyone looking for a place to stay.
